Dr. Harris earned his Bachelor of Science in 1988 from University of Houston in Houston, TX and was then awarded his Doctorate of Optometry (O.D.) Degree in 1992 from the University of Houston, College of Optometry in Houston, TX. Dr. Harris’ training includes experience at the Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi, and an externship in Ocular Disease Management and pre- and post-op care at the Eye Institute of San Antonio.
