Today's Vision was founded in 1984 as one of the first
optometry groups in Texas, and eventually evolved into a
franchise. In September 2005, a group of 21 Today's Vision
doctors purchased the company from the previous owner and
created Today's Vision Licensing Corporation (TVLC). As a
licensing group, the new Today's Vision has been formulated
as a doctor-friendly organization which has more than
doubled in size to better serve the needs of the patients.
