Dr. Kong earned his Master of Optometry in 1984 from the University of Houston, College of Optometry in Houston, TX and was then awarded his Doctorate of Optometry (O.D.) Degree in 1990 from the University of Houston, College of Optometry in Houston, TX. Dr. Kong is more than a therapeutic optometrist; he is an expert in the treatment of Keratoconus and also fits bifocal and multifocal contact lenses.
